Tandem Theory Welcomes Megan Flynn as SVP, Strategic Advisory
Tandem Theory has announced the appointment of Megan Flynn as SVP, Strategic Advisory. Flynn will join the agency’s Strategic Advisory Group to lead business and brand strategies and help architect human-centered experiences that garner optimal results for clients. With proven success in client partnership and strategic planning, her appointment bolsters Tandem Theory’s strong leadership team.

Flynn is a marketing and business leader with a proven track record of designing and executing innovative strategic solutions and transformative business models. She’s passionate about helping clients optimize customer acquisitions and engagement, accelerate top- and bottom-line revenue growth and create and support brand recognition and equity. She brings client and agency experience across industries including restaurants, travel, grocery and convenience store, energy and retail.

Prior to joining Tandem Theory, Flynn served as Executive Vice President of Account Development at TM Advertising. During her time at the agency, she led client oversight, new business acquisition, and agency operations, and was responsible for numerous new business wins within her first six months. She also grew the agency’s role with existing clients across numerous industries and verticals.
