From Dave Kirwan, Co-Chairman

Today marks an exciting day for Tandem Theory. As part of our commitment to client growth and our own growth as a CX agency, I am proud to announce the reunion of multiple members of our leadership team. From our history leading numerous successful agencies to once building the fastest-growing agency in the nation, these talent acquisitions ensure a stronger, experienced leadership team that firmly positions Tandem and our clients for mutual growth.

We are pleased to welcome Tom Cole (pictured right) as Executive Chairman and Tom Millweard (left) as agency President. These two will lead alongside John South, Chief Growth Officer, and myself, as I now serve as Co-Chairman.

Tom Millweard joins Tandem after serving as COO and EVP at inboundgeo, an offline lead generation and geo-locating retargeting platform, and nine years of leadership at Ansira. He will remain with inboundgeo as a member of their Executive Advisory Board.

Tom Cole joins after establishing a highly successful marketing consultancy that develops and activates strategies to accelerate the growth and profitability of retail brands. Prior to that, he held executive leadership positions at Ansira, Razor, Brann Worldwide, and other marketing agencies.

In the spirit of growth, these additions follow an exceptional two years for Tandem, despite a global pandemic and troubling economic time. The agency was recently recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., earning a spot on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list for the first time. Much of the success Tandem has found in 2020 thus far can be attributed to our entrepreneurial spirit, realized through our core behaviors: Teamwork, Transparency, and Trust.

As a strong leadership team with many years together under our belts, we look forward to furthering our clients’ and Theorists’ success by fostering a positive, inclusive, and entrepreneurial agency culture now and in the years to come.
