Tandem Theory Grows Data Science Team With Two New Hires

In the midst of a period of unprecedented growth for the agency, Tandem Theory announced the strategic hires of two new Data Science analysts with a combined 20+ years of experience: Shikona Johnson, Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing; and Priya Stack, Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics.

Johnson brings 15 years of experience in enterprise-level business intelligence and marketing strategy development, along with advanced skills in integrating offline and online data. Stack’s five years of experience as a data analyst in the auto finance industry has honed her expertise in statistical modeling with insightful, digestible data visualization. Both will contribute their new, experienced perspectives on the industries most relevant to Tandem clients, including Rent-A-Center, Benihana National Corp., and Acceptance Insurance.

In their new roles, Johnson and Stack will advance the CX agency’s Data Science capabilities, which encompass data analytics and insights, database development, data strategy, performance reporting and data visualization, attribution modeling, customer analytics, predictive analytics, audience targeting, and audience segmentation.

Both will collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting and insights that inform strategic business and marketing solutions. By synthesizing analysis findings, implications, and recommendations, they will provide measurement solutions and build insightful visualizations for channel intelligence across customer experience touchpoints.
