Tandem Theory Elevates in 2020
In December of 2018, Tandem Theory expanded to a full-service agency, broadening its suite of services to include customer analytics and modeling, business intelligence reporting and optimization, marketing technology integration, marketing strategy, CRM and loyalty, and more. With this expansion came the growth into local, regional, and national categories across an array of verticals and audiences.
In 2019, the agency added over 40 new employees to the team – a 500% personnel increase. Additionally, the agency partnered with more than five new clients including Acceptance Insurance, J.Hilburn, Benihana, Rent-A-Center, Ascension Coffee, Petmate, and more.
