Since relaunching in January 2019, the integrated CX marketing agency has experienced incredible growth thanks to the team’s hard work and entrepreneurial spirit, which helped clients pivot quickly with strategic shifts in marketing and digital enablement to navigate the pandemic and recover as quickly as possible.
This excellence landed Tandem Theory on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies. Despite the uncertainties that arose earlier this year, the team has stayed committed to elevating Tandem Theory in 2020. The team has continuously won new business while growing existing business, reaching incredible revenue milestones: July’s revenue was a record-breaking month, and August revenue far surpassed that.

Tandem is proud to have assembled the caliber of talent and leadership it has in 2020, reuniting numerous members of the executive team responsible for leading what Forbes once named the fastest-growing agency in the country. The team plans to make a number of new hires across the departments over the coming months to support the needs of the growing client roster.
