Chris Dodgen Named Senior VP, Group Creative Director at Tandem Theory

Chris Dodgen has been named Senior Vice President, Group Creative Director at Tandem Theory, where he will lead the CX agency’s growing creative department. Dodgen brings with him a wealth of experience working on both the agency and brand sides across everything from broadcast TV and radio to brand-level digital to in-store and print — including six years working with Rent-A-Center, one of the agency’s cornerstone clients.

Dodgen’s experience at data-driven marketing agencies, as well as his strong copywriting background, make him ideally suited to understanding the unique challenges and complexities a creative team faces across a variety of marketing channels. As Creative Director, Dodgen will help the agency grow its creative capabilities and brand portfolio, and he will grow client relationships by taking more strategic ownership of the agency’s creative work. His role will oversee all Creative/UX projects, including: campaign concepting; UX and website design; creative for email, social media, direct mail, and print; and in-store merchandising.
